Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Risk Close team responsible for month-end risk close activities and BAU change absorption related to critical, complex, and technical risks and regulatory topics affecting Deutsche Bank. Your key stakeholders will include Business Finance, Risk Management, Group Reporting, Regulatory Policy Adherence Group, and Production IT Support. Key Responsibilities: - Daily preparation, monitoring, and release of risk metrics for Flash vs Actuals to senior management with commentary - Controls and reconciliation on BCS vs FDW - Build and coordinate the production plan for the month with FPI - Controls and capture minutes of daily production calls - Drive and follow up on open items discussed in calls with stakeholders - Coordinate and manage agendas for the Stability Working Group, capturing minutes and driving SRE initiatives - Perform root cause analysis on exposure calculations using risk engine algorithms - Proactively manage investigation and resolution of month-end issues on regulatory metrics - Provide subject matter expertise and analytics to support Finance and Risk teams - Support change initiatives and DQ remediation by engaging with business, CDO, and IT - Liaise with stakeholders for RCA and reporting - Present regulatory metrics to senior audiences across the Bank Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 - Understanding of exposure calculation under different models like SA-CCR and IMM - Knowledge of exposure metrics like EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation etc.) - Experience in team management - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Experience in process change - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Organized and structured working approach - Attention to detail - Team player with a preference for working in an international environment - Preferred IT skills: Python, Advanced Excel (VBA), Microstrategy, MS Access Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
