Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The AVP - Business Development, LAS will be responsible for driving new business development, overseeing business planning, and engaging in contract negotiation. The role also involves managing sales strategies and maintaining key account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Business Planning Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales Strong skills in Account Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
