Seeking a senior professional to head its Accounting & Taxation function in the Family
Oice. This role requires deep expertise in FEMA, international taxation, and accounting
with a family oice or Big 4. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring financial
integrity, compliance, and eective tax planning across domestic and international
structures.
• Lead the overall accounting, taxation, and compliance functions of the Family
Oice.
• Ensure strict compliance with FEMA, RBI regulations, and international tax
frameworks.
• Oversee tax planning, filings, audits, assessments, and dispute resolution.
• Consolidate financials across entities and investments for accurate reporting.
• Partner with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure
robust governance.
• Provide strategic insights on tax-eicient structures and international transactions.
• Experience in Family Oice / UHNI setups or experience with a Big 4 (E&Y, PWC,
KPMG, Deloitte)
• Strong command of FEMA, international taxation, accounting standards, and
regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
