AVP-Account Manager

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Account Manager at Digitap.ai, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling relationships with our most strategic customers in the SaaS industry. Your key responsibilities will include strategically managing client relationships, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and developing tailored account strategies to deepen engagement and ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to deliver exceptional client outcomes and leverage analytics to anticipate customer needs. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales within the SaaS, Fintech, or B2B tech industry. Your strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, analytical rigor, technical acumen, and a self-driven approach will be essential in driving the success of high-value accounts end-to-end.
