As an Assistant Account Management leader at the AVP level, your primary role will involve driving end-to-end client relationships, managing integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and leading a high-performing team. You are expected to be a hybrid thinker with a strong grasp of both digital and offline media planning and execution, combining creativity with data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for major clients, cultivating trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will also be responsible for leading the development of integrated media strategies that encompass digital (performance, programmatic, social, search) and traditional (TV, print, radio, OOH) media channels. Driving organic growth through strong client partnerships, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving will be essential. Additionally, you will oversee a cross-functional team of planners and buyers, encouraging a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Your duties will also involve ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns by tracking performance regularly, delivering insights, and providing optimization recommendations. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, pricing models, billing cycles, and profitability across accounts. Embracing new media tools, tech, and platforms to develop future-ready campaigns aligned with client objectives will be a key aspect of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have 10-14 years of relevant experience in media account management, with a solid background in both digital and traditional media. Prior experience in a media agency or integrated communications environment is mandatory. You must demonstrate proven ability in managing large accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in media planning tools such as BARC, IRS, TGI, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc., is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, and commercial acumen.,
