Job Description

Role & Responsibilities (Learning Areas)

Assist in compiling documents for
regulatory clearances
(DGCA, AAI/ATC, BCAS, PESO).
Observe and assist with
ATC coordination
and communication planning.
Participate in
ARFF and emergency planning exercises
, including fire safety and mock drills.
Gain exposure to
Safety Management System (SMS)
processes such as hazard identification and risk reporting.
Learn about
wildlife hazard management
, aerodrome environment monitoring, and mitigation strategies.
Assist in
security programme documentation
as per BCAS requirements.
Shadow senior staff during
audit preparation and inspections
.
Contribute to
manpower planning, training documentation, and scheduling
.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Recent graduate / final year student in
Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Airport Management, or related fields
.
Strong interest in aviation operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of aviation regulations (DGCA/ICAO/BCAS) will be an added advantage.
