Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor simulator training sessions including recurrent checks, initial training, and special operations.
Coordinate line training flights with LTCs and certified instructors (TRI/DEs) based on availability.
Liaise with the training department and crew scheduling teams to ensure training compliance.
Align training rosters with crew availability, regulatory deadlines, and operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of simulator bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and disruptions.
Track crew validity for recurrent simulator sessions and monitor progress during line training.
Ensure timely scheduling of training before expiry dates.
Collaborate with simulator providers, instructors (TRI/TRE/SFE/SFI), and other stakeholders for seamless training execution.
Manage last-minute changes and disruptions with minimal impact on operations.
Generate reports and dashboards on simulator utilization, training compliance, and crew status.
Support internal audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training planning and disruption management.

Desired Experience Level

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in simulator and line planning, with exposure to disruption management is preferred.
