Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Design scalable Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration strategies
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for the Financial Services industry
• Handle data migration, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, especially Financial Services Cloud innovations
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• 8+ years overall experience in Salesforce development & architecture
• Strong expertise in Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and CI/CD
  

Salesforce Certifications Such As

• Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Highly Preferred)
