Role Overview

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications
• Build robust backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
• Develop responsive UIs using Flutter or React
• Design and manage cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer
• Strong Python backend development expertise
• Flutter or React frontend development experience
• Hands-on Cloud Engineering experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and databases
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
