AVC:Virtual RM-Priority LCM Service

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team at Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and local languages

• Ensure achievement of revenue targets from mapped customers
• Provide premium customer service delivery to the Priority portfolio
• Manage CASA deepening, NTB lead generation, and NDIAS services
• Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers
• Monitor client relationships and provide regular market updates
• Achieve monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross-sales generating fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liability products
• Utilize applications, tools, and databases for transparent end-to-end client support
• Adhere strictly to internal control policies and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
• 2-5 years of relevant role/BFSI sector experience
• Proficiency in banking transaction systems and good communication skills in English and local languages
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork, verbal and written excellence, resilience, and motivation for developing a new department
• Knowledge of Mutual Fund, Life insurance, General insurance, PMS, and structured products
• High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
• Strong willingness to work in Relationship Management; Banking operations and products including investment products
• Prior experience in Sales
