AVC:SKY - Virtual RM

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Axis Virtual Centre (AVC) - SKY, based in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, or Mumbai The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the BFSI sector

• Proactively engage with clients to establish ficial needs and provide best ficial solutions
• Use ficial acumen and investment expertise to review client personal data and align their needs through superior service
• Achieve product-wise targets and cross-sell products based on demographics, lifestyle, and risk profiling
• Acquire, deepen, and upgrade all existing and new-to-bank relationships
• Ensure steady granular balance-sheet growth and upgradate clients to the right segment
• Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, clients, and assets

• Postgraduate from a recognized institute
• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant role/BFSI sector
• AMFI, IRDA, and PMS certification is required
• Possess knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
• Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk/uncertainty within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
