Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Avature modules to meet HR and recruitment requirements.
Serve as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
Drive system implementation, upgrades, and support initiatives.
Ensure data integrity, user access control, and workflow optimization.
Provide support, training, and documentation to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to the Avature platform.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in Avature configuration and deployment.
Expertise in Recruitment Tech platforms and Talent Acquisition workflows.
Strong functional understanding of HR processes and systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a global team structure.
Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote.
