Job Description

  • The Mission of this Role:


To create software architecture of the system that would fulfil user requirements and achieve the desired business outcome. Lead the architecture of (Insert domain/product) to deliver a scalable, reliable, modular and high-quality product design, and guide the software development teams. To develop deep expertise in the (domain/product) technologies and take a central role in building our technology roadmap.

Scope:

Responsible for the architectural definition and to review high level design, consult on the requirement gathering process, and support the overall software delivery. Responsible for driving the technical thought leadership and building technical competencies for the teams.

Key Experience required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience leading large design & architecture of automotive embedded products is preferred
  • Experience of mentoring, guiding & coordinating project team of 10+members
  • Hands on experience in vehicle network design is must
  • Works independently and collaboratively with cross culture multi-site teams.
  • Communicates design rationale and build consensus to stakeholder
  • Prioritizes and manages work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Develops new approaches to complex design problems
  • Is organized, has an eye for detail and able to put across ideas in a tangible form
  • High level of domain expertise
