Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, APIs
• Integrate multiple platforms (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, SaaS tools, social media)
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams
• Stay updated with automation technologies and best practices

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking
• Ability to work on-site in Surat (no remote option)
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field preferred (not mandatory if skilled)
