Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
Robot Framework
for automation
Experience with
Salesforce testing
Proficiency in
Python
scripting for automation development
Solid knowledge of
Manual Testing
concepts, test design, test execution & defect management
Experience in
API Testing
using tools like
Postman / REST Assured / Swagger

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework
Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications/components
Automate repetitive test scenarios using Python and improve framework efficiency
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
Perform manual functional, regression, and system testing as needed
Execute API test cases and validate request/response flows
Analyze failures and identify root causes, raising detailed defects in the tracking system
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and agile ceremonies

Good to Have

Experience in CI/CD integration (Jenkins / Git / Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of SQL and database validation
Experience with BDD or Agile testing practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
