Job Description

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
Reporting and documenting technical issues
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation defect triage meeting.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Provides project management expertise for quality assurance activities requiring medium complex coordination across teams.

Required Skills for this role include:

Technical skills
7 to 9 years of relevant experience as tester
Should have solid knowledge of testing techniques, test plan, test strategy, RPA testing concepts.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience as a SQA senior analyst or similar role
Experience in project management tools (ADO / Jira) and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot defects / Bugs.
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. UI Path studio pro, AA and Quality centre) and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
A good team player and provide relevant training to the team members.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills

Preferences:

Graduate degree in Computer Science with 7 to 9 years of experience as tester.
