Automation Test Lead

As a Test Automation Lead at Hire QA, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of automated testing strategies for our clients" platforms. With 8-12 years of experience, you will demonstrate strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, Java/Python, POM, TestNG, BDD, ExtentReport, Git, and Jenkins. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing areas of the platform that would benefit from automated testing, writing and maintaining automated test cases, coordinating test executions with development schedules, and working closely with the development team to address defects. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior team members in automated testing best practices. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 7 years of experience in automated testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with API testing and integration testing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python is essential.
