Job Description

As a Test Automation Lead at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies, contributing to the success of leading organizations worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies. - Establishing and maintaining automation infrastructure across platforms. - Identifying automation opportunities and developing scripts for various scenarios. - Building and maintaining automated regression test suites. - Collaborating with workstream test leads and executing hands-on testing. - Defining and executing test plans and strategies in alignment with stakeholder requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 6-9 years of experience in software test automation. - Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber. - Experience with API testing using tools like Postman. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration into testing workflows. - Ability to manage people and coordinate effectively across teams.
