Automation Test Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Automation Test Analyst with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Playwright, and will bring a quality-first mindset to every phase of software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation scripts using Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to ensure application quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning and QA ceremonies.
• Conduct API testing and validate backend services using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes using Jenkins, Git, Docker, or similar tools.
• Stay current with the latest trends in test automation and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in test automation for web and mobile applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Selenium WebDriver
• Appium (for Android/iOS testing)
• Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Solid knowledge of any of the following programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience in building and maintaining custom test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹297,847.43 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Manual testing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Test automation: 3 years (Preferred)
