About the Role

Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Integrate automation tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

  .
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to

  analyze requirements and create test plans/cases

  .
• Identify, log, and track bugs; verify fixes and ensure product quality.
• Optimize and maintain automated test suites for reusability and scalability.
• Generate detailed

  test reports and documentation

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years

  of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Java / JavaScript / Python / C#

  (any one is fine for test automation).
• Familiarity with

  TestNG / JUnit / Mocha / Jasmine frameworks

  .
• Experience in testing

  REST APIs (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Good knowledge of

  bug tracking tools

  (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, Locust).
• Knowledge of

  cloud-based testing platforms

  (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Basic knowledge of

  manual testing

  for exploratory scenarios.
