As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you will play a crucial role in understanding the business requirements from various verticals/functions and defining measurable KPIs to measure ROI. Your responsibilities will include running Omni channel campaigns through various channels, driving automation to increase efficiency, and working closely with business units to advise on accomplishing requirements effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certifications or relevant experience, along with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and technical aspects.
