Position Summary: We are seeking a driven Automation Specialist to lead and support the digital transformation of internal and client-facing processes through Zoho Suite implementation. This role is instrumental in optimizing our operational workflows, enhancing data integrity, and integrating Zoho products with accounting and HR systems. Functional Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Zoho productsnotably Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho CRMacross departments. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess workflow requirements and design automation solutions. Configure modules, create custom functions, and deploy blueprints to align with business objectives. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho support for resolution. Generate automation performance reports and recommend optimizations. Support data migration, API integrations, and process documentation. Personal Attributes and Experience: Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PPT) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho products. Proven expertise in configuring automation workflows in Zoho Books, People, CRM, Creator and related apps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and documentation skills. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Accounting or Commerce background is an added advantage). Zoho Certification in one or all products (Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, etc.) is mandatory. Language: English (sound proficiency) knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
