Automation Lead

As an Automation Test Lead at QualityKiosk Technologies Private Limited in Navi Mumbai, your primary role is to manage and lead testing engagements for assigned projects within the Functional testing domain. You will work closely with the Test Manager to design the testing strategy, allocate tasks to team members, coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical direction to the team, monitor performance, and ensure delivery on customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build test harnesses for Automation Testing - Design and architect test automation framework and develop new test automation libraries using automation tools - Design and execute Regression Test Pack using frontend and backend test scripts - Implement QA processes and Automated testing for all work streams to enhance the testing cycle - Ensure continuous upskilling of the team - Assist with automation test planning - Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance - Identify and capture test data to support test cases defined by the testing team - Ensure reusability of test scripts across projects - Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring, and streamline release management to QA In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Automation Tools knowledge including Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UFT, etc. - API Automation Tools knowledge such as Postman, JMeter - Expertise in CT integration with CICD and Automation on a cloud environment - Strong experience in managing automation test projects - Expertise in implementing automation framework from scratch for regression and repeatable tests - Team lead experience with offshore and onshore model (Preferred) - Strong client interaction and presentation skills,
