Job Description: Fresher/Intern – Automation with Python Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Fresher or Intern with foundational automation skills using Python. The ideal candidate will support our team in automating repetitive tasks, developing scripts, and contributing to efficient software solutions. This position offers hands-on experience with real-world automation projects and exposure to advanced AI and software development practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing Python scripts to automate routine and repetitive tasks Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities within existing workflows Work with datasets and apply basic data processing and transformation using Python Test, debug, and document automation scripts to ensure reliability and maintainability Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of automation practices Learn and apply new tools or frameworks related to automation and software development Support the integration of automation solutions into larger software systems, potentially leveraging modern UI frameworks for deployment Desired Skills Basic knowledge of Python programming and scripting Understanding of automation concepts and their application in software development Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or automation tools is a plus Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Exposure to AI, machine learning, or predictive algorithms is an advantage but not required Interest in streamlining processes and improving productivity through automation Benefits Hands-on training in automation and Python development Opportunity to work on innovative projects with experienced professionals Gain experience with modern software development tools and methodologies
