Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows inside

  GHL

  (pipelines, triggers, custom actions, webhooks).
• Set up and optimize

  Zoho CRM/Zoho Flow

  automations for lead routing, enrichment, sequences, and reporting.
• Create supporting logic with

  Google Sheets

  , formulas, and Apps Script where needed.
• Use

  Python

  for tasks that go beyond nocode (API polling, data cleaning, custom transforms).
• Integrate 3rd-party APIs, handle auth, error-handling, and re-tries.
• Debug, refactor, and document existing automations.
• Ship 10+ automation tasks per month with clear success criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience with

  GoHighLevel

  and

  Zoho (CRM/Flow/Creator)

  .
• Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, conditions, retry logic.
• Comfortable with

  APIs

  , JSON, and webhook-based integrations.
• Working knowledge of

  Python

  (not advanced, but enough to write small scripts).
• Strong Google Sheets skills (QUERY, REGEX, ARRAYFORMULA).
• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clean, reliable workflows.
• Fast execution and strong debugging discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n, Make.com, or other orchestration tools.
• Understanding of CRM data models and pipeline logic.
