Automation Evangelist

Responsibility:

• Promote awareness and understanding of RPA and intelligent automation within internal teams and client organizations.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling automation stories, case studies, and success metrics.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and presentations to showcase automation capabilities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and demonstrate ROI.
• Represent the company as an automation thought leader at conferences, online forums, and industry events.
• Contribute to content creation — including blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts — highlighting automation impact and innovation.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business problems into scalable automation solutions.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their automation journey, challenges, and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in RPA, intelligent automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or scriptless platforms).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and change advocacy.
• Passion for technology evangelism and thought leadership.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration with automation.
• Experience creating demo flows and automation showcases.
• Ability to analyze and quantify automation ROI.
• Content creation or public speaking experience.
