Should have hands on experience on Siemens PLC. Should have knowledge of industrial protocol like TCP IP, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP IP, Profibus, DNP, RS485, RS232. Should have knowledge of Relay, isolators.responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for stocker reclaimer systems within the wireless industry. PLC Programming and Development: Design and develop PLC programs using Siemens PLCs for stocker reclaimer systems. Implement and test PLC code to ensure proper operation of automated systems. System Integration: Integrate Siemens PLCs with existing wireless communication systems and network infrastructure.Ensure seamless operation and compatibility of PLC systems with other automation and control systems. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC hardware and software to minimize downtime.Perform regular maintenance and updates to PLC systems to ensure optimal performance. Automation Optimization: Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety. Project Management: Lead automation projects from concept to implementation, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
