Automation Engineer

• Deep knowledge ot electrcial circuit and automation system
• Experience in Control System architecture design
• Experience in PLCs HMI and SCADA programming for Mitsubishi, AB, SIEMENS etc.
• Experience in ETHENET /MODBUS/RS485/PROFIBUS communication protocol system and conveyor, servo feedback system
• Sound technical knowledge of hardware filed device selection.
• Experience to handle Installation and commissioning of electrical control system at site.
• Added advantage to build 2D CAD drawing
• Added advantages to know how for paint equipment
• willing to Work at site as per customer requirement.
• Prepare documentation like BOQ, training materials, technical documentation etc.
• Trouble shooting and service support
• Good communication and PPT presentation skills are required.
• Client handling ability as a representative of the organization.
• Managed and led the team to deliver projects from design to execution and handing over to the customer.
• Basic Knowledge of control panel design and hardware selection
• Designing of Processes and Solutions for effective Deliveries.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support

- Documentation of project related information like Business Requirements, Terms of Reference, Change Management strategy, training materials, technical documentation etc.

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ex. project management plan and applicable sub plans (i.e. communication management plan, quality management plan, stakeholder -management plan, etc

- Meet with vendors / customer to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Ensuring correctness & completeness of project related documentations
