Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and Selenium to join our dynamic QA Automation team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and ensuring top-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation test frameworks using Python and Selenium
• Develop, maintain & execute automated test scripts for web applications
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test data
• Identify test requirements, test scenarios and track defects
• Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Drive automation best practices and mentor junior team members
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of automation frameworks like PyTest/Robot Framework
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
