About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Industrial Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in PLC programming and electrical panel design, who is looking to grow their career in industrial automation.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, and support automation systems across various industrial applications.

🎓 Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in the development and implementation of PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)

2) Participate in electrical control panel designing, including schematic development using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)

3) Support in configuring and testing HMI/SCADA systems

4) Assist with on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery

6) Maintain documentation of designs, programs, and support activities

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or ITI Industrial Training in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering

2) 0.5 to 1 year of hands-on experience in:

• PLC Programming -Ladder Logic (basic to intermediate level)

• Electrical Panel Design (including load calculations and component selection)

• Basic understanding of industrial automation concepts and control systems

• Familiarity with electrical drawings, wiring standards, and safety protocols

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar software is preferred

3) Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

4) Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning (if required)

5) Preferred:-

• Exposure to HMI/SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware)

• Understanding of sensors, actuators, and motor control systems

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
