Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation control systems and Oracle Service Cloud FSM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation of automation process controls, ensuring alignment with industry design practices.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
• Evaluate and optimize design specifications and engineering configurations.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to evolve automation strategies.
