Automation Control Practitioner - Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management

As an Automation Control Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation process controls by drafting design specifications and engineering configurations. Your role will involve applying industry-standard design practices and collaborating with automation systems to create, optimize, and maintain detailed engineering drawings and control plans. You will play a crucial part in designing, configuring, and deploying automation process controls to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions, utilizing your expertise in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation control systems and Oracle Service Cloud FSM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and define technical solutions. - Lead the implementation of automation process controls, ensuring alignment with industry design practices. - Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation. - Evaluate and optimize design specifications and engineering configurations. - Participate in code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards. - Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers and team members. - Ensure solutions are aligned with project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to evolve automation strategies.
