This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully led microservices-based projects and can bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of .NET microservices-based projects with a strong focus on DevOps practices and automation. Define project scope, schedule, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Drive DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline setup, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation. Ensure code quality, security, and performance through robust technical governance. Engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering, status updates, and change management. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as part of Agile/Scrum practices. Mentor and guide team members on technical best practices and project standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 9 - 12 years of overall experience in application development and project delivery. Proven expertise in .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation, container orchestration, and cloud deployments. Experience managing teams across development, testing, and deployment phases. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft or Azure DevOps certification is a plus. Experience working in consulting or delivery centre environments.
