We are seeking an experienced Structural CAD Designer to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed structural designs and models for industrial and oil & gas projects, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
Structural Design Development: Create and develop detailed 2D and 3D structural designs and models using CAD software, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and integrate them into design plans.
Design Optimization: Optimize structural designs to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining safety and integrity.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with client and industry standards.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation and reports for project handover and construction phase use.
Create and update fabrication and erection drawings.
Interpret structural specs and incorporate revisions.
Generate material take-offs and BOMs using Excel.
Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and site teams for clarifications.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Structural CAD Designer in the industrial.
Education:
Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Mechanical or a relevant degree.
