Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AutoCAD Drafter based in Chennai. The AutoCAD Drafter will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and CAD designs for construction and development projects. Tasks include interpreting architectural and engineering requirements, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software used for drafting and drawing
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and experience in creating accurate technical designs
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and principles
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with project teams
• Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate, property development, or construction is a plus
