We are seeking a creative and strategic DraftsMan to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces tailored to our clients' preferences, needs, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and requirements for their homes.
• Develop detailed house plans, including Architectural floor layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select and recommend interior and exterior design elements such as color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Present design concepts and revisions to clients for approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Other related works include Costing and Estimation.
