You are looking for a creative and strategic DraftsMan to join your team. Your main responsibility will be designing functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces that are tailored to your clients" preferences, needs, and budget. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and requirements for their homes. You will develop detailed house plans, including Architectural floor layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings. Additionally, you will be selecting and recommending interior and exterior design elements such as color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings. It is important for you to have knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. You will also be responsible for presenting design concepts and revisions to clients for approval. Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices is crucial. Other related works may include Costing and Estimation. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in CAD software, 3DS Max, SketchUp, etc. Attention to detail is key, as you are expected to produce high-quality, error-free work consistently.,
