Sr.NO Description  1) Study tender specification and co-ordination with tender department for the final approval. 2 Study architectural drawing and understanding requirement/preparing shop drawing 3 Verifing & checking concept drawing working (2D line drawing, 3D drawing, asrequirement) data recive from estimation department. 4 Area calculation (BOQ)-to calculate the area of BOQ as per drawing (need) 5 Shop drawing preparation (1st cut, comments updation, final submission) initiatethe shop drawing for find comments & correction for find submission to client 6 Co-ordination and input to structural engineer for structral design calculation to get. 7 Structural calculation report checking 8 Material sizes,Qty calculation & find material order submission billof materials. 9 Material approvals and documentation MAR-MAT approval 10 Site visit and sitesurvey 11 To prepare working drawings for siteteam (As requirement) 12 To preapare fabrication drawings 13 Optimisation of material to calculate wastage of material assignment approval survey 14 Co-ordination withtender department for any changes from clients as per site condition 15 Co-ordination with site team, contractor to explain drawing and BOM 16 Co-ordinate with shop floor for production and fabrication department tp explain drawingsof fabrication & BOM 17 Co-ordination withstore & purchase for material & BOM related query 18 Co-ordination with planning, production & project shedule 19 Co-ordination with billing department BOM as built drawing 20 Meeting with client/architect 21 Attend internal weekly project review meetin  22 Attend internal weekly design review meeting 23 Preparation of dailyprogress report (DPR)
