AutoCAD Design Engineer

Job Role: Mechanical Engineer (Hydraulics, Fabrication, Automation & Design)

1. Design & Development

• Develop 2D/3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Design hydraulic systems, jigs, fixtures, and mechanical assemblies as per project requirements.
• Conduct stress analysis, tolerance checks, and material selection for durability and performance.

2. Fabrication & Production Support

• Prepare fabrication drawings and supervise the fabrication of machine components and structures.
• Ensure quality control during fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure adherence to design specifications.

3. Hydraulic Systems & Maintenance

• Design and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits, pumps, valves, and actuators.
• Monitor system performance, identify failures, and recommend corrective actions.

4. Automation & Control Integration

• Work with electrical and automation teams to integrate pneumatic/hydraulic systems with PLC-based automation.
• Participate in the development of semi-automatic or fully automated machinery.

5. Project Management & Documentation

• Plan and execute mechanical projects from concept to commissioning.
• Prepare BOMs, technical reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO/quality procedures.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Suggest design improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve reliability.

Exprience required: Minimum 5 years exprience

brick plant fabrication and hydraulic and puenmatic working exprience minimum 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
