Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Bussing Senior Operator to join our fast-growing solar module manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the auto bussing line in the solar panel production unit, ensuring seamless operation, process efficiency, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automatic bussing machines in the solar panel assembly line.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and minor maintenance as required.
• Ensure correct alignment and soldering of interconnect ribbons and busbars on solar cells.
• Conduct routine quality checks and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure modules meet IEC and company standards.
• Maintain daily production logs and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Provide support and training to junior operators and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line productivity and machine uptime.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Auto Bussing / Solar Module Production.
• Sound knowledge of solar cell interconnection and soldering processes.
• Familiarity with semi-automated/automated solar panel assembly lines.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with flexibility to work in shifts.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
