Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the Authorization- RCM Voices Process position. The employee will be involved in managing voice-based authorization processes to support medical and dental billing operations. Responsibilities include communication with insurance providers for obtaining necessary authorizations, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and accuracy. The role may also involve providing training and support to improve team efficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement capabilities to assess and optimize operational workflows.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with insurance providers and clients.
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members to enhance performance and ensure process efficiency.
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and authorization procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used in the RCM process.
