• Minimum HSC qualification
• At least 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Handle inbound calls for technical support
• Upselling and retention support
• Resolve customer queries related to technical services

Banking Process Voice Process

Salary:

Retention Bonus: Up to 1.3 Lakh in 1 Year

Shift

Eligibility:

• HSC with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
• Graduate with minimum 12 months of any experience
• CIBIL Score: 600+ (mandatory)
• Last working date proof required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to handle international banking customers professionally
• Resolve queries regarding transactions, accounts & banking services
