Role Overview: Western Overseas, a leading Overseas Education Consultancy, is looking for an Australia Visa Filing Head to manage and oversee the visa application process for clients seeking Australian visas. As the Visa Filing Head, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements, guiding candidates through the application process, and liaising with relevant authorities. Your role will involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration policies to provide tailored advice to clients based on their eligibility. This full-time position is based in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing client documentation for Australian visa applications - Guiding candidates through the visa application process - Liaising with relevant authorities for visa approvals - Ensuring timely submission of visa applications - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration policies - Providing tailored advice to clients based on their eligibility - Utilizing strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to guide clients effectively - Managing teams, coordinating tasks, and working under deadlines - Demonstrating excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with visa application platforms and related technology tools Qualifications Required: - Thorough knowledge of Australian visa processes, policies, and regulations - Proficiency in documentation review, case preparation, and handling visa-related queries - Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills - Experience in team management, coordination, and working under deadlines - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with visa application platforms and technology tools - Relevant educational background, preferably in Immigration Services, Law, or related field - Previous experience in a similar role within the visa and immigration field is preferred,
