Role Overview
Responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the company-owned auditorium or convention facility, ensuring it operates as a premier venue for corporate, cultural, and community events.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day management of the auditorium, including scheduling, bookings, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring optimal use of lighting, sound, and AV systems.
Technical Oversight: Supervise maintenance of stage equipment, acoustics, and HVAC systems, ensuring top-quality experiences.
Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and manage revenue from rentals and ticketed events.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to fire safety, legal regulations, and company standards.
Team Leadership: Manage housekeeping, security, and technical staff, assigning roles and shift schedules.
Client Relations: Act as the point of contact for event organizers and corporate clients, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Facility Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of auditorium operations, sound & lighting systems, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
