Auditing-Trainee (Male)

We are looking for an Internal Audit Trainee to support our audit team in evaluating internal controls, policies, and procedures. This position offers hands-on exposure to auditing practices and an opportunity to contribute to process enhancement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and auditing internal processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Document observations and prepare basic audit reports under supervision.
• Coordinate with various teams to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Support the development and execution of corrective action plans.
• Maintain organized records of audits and follow-up actions.
• Conduct process audits as required by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of auditing principles or willingness to learn.
• Fresh B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.

Duration: 6 months

Preferred Location: Candidates from Kochi, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alleppey, Kollam, Trivandrum, or Pathanamthitta.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
