Audit Senior

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 (Lease Accounting), ASC 360 (Impairment), and other relevant standards.
• Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap- up.
• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in United States.
• Able to do US GAAP & US GAAS research independently.
• Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.
• Mentor, train and supervise lighter level staff.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.
• Communicate with Supervisor/ Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise.

Job Requirements:

• CPA (or in process) or CA preferred with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
• Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience, with a focus on commercial real estate clients.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and real estate-specific accounting standards.
• Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare, CCH, or similar).

Job Location: Hyderabad or Ahmedabad

Work Timings: 10:30 AM IST-7:30 PM IST
