Audit Semi Senior / Audit Senior - GRC

You will be joining Sharp & Tannan Group, a renowned Chartered Accountant firm established in 1934, known for its values of reliability, professionalism, and integrity. With a workforce of over 400 professionals and 10 offices across India, the company provides expert services in Assurance, Consulting, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Taxation. As an Audit Semi Senior / Audit Senior GRC in our Vadodara office, your role will involve conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, assessing risk management frameworks, and implementing governance structures. You will play a crucial part in evaluating internal controls, recommending improvements in risk management processes, and offering strategic advice on governance, risk, and compliance to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to evaluate regulatory compliance and internal controls. - Assess risk management processes and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on governance, risk, and compliance. - Supervise, review, and manage audit engagements and team performance. - Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams. - Work on-site at client locations as required. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - CA / CIA with at least one year of post-qualification experience. - Inter CA with at least two years of experience. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Preferably experienced in GRC, Internal Audit, or Risk Management. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
