Audit Manager I

As an Audit Manager at our company, your role involves performing moderately complex audits related to Markets products and assessing Citis risk and control environments. You will work in coordination with the Audit team to ensure that the firm meets audit standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and delivering audit reports in a timely manner, following Internal Audit and Regulatory standards - Reviewing and approving the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and leading reviews - Collaborating with teams across the business to determine the impact on the overall control environment and audit approach - Managing audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level - Leveraging comprehensive expertise to manage a team - Advising the business on change initiatives, advancing integrated auditing concepts, and promoting technology adoption - Recommending interventions and proposing solutions for risk and control problems - Applying in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies, and regulations to a specific product or function area Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Related certifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar are preferred - Effective comprehension of the business side of the audit function and subject matter expertise in technology application - Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in project management - Ability to influence and manage relationships effectively - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
