As an Audit Coordinator in the global functions of GBS, your role involves leading high-level audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with SLA turnaround time. You will act as a focal point for the audit department, managing strategies for orders and refunds, and driving improvement through technology and innovation. Your key responsibilities include reporting and controlling audits, implementing process improvements, and promptly escalating financial deficiencies. Additionally, you will support company projects, maintain positive customer relationships, and effectively communicate departmental updates.
