Position Overview:

Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, and audit deliverables.
• Perform internal and statutory audit support activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Work closely with seniors and managers on client engagements.

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Com (Hons.) or equivalent degree in Commerce/Finance.

• Experience:

  1–2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Audit (including internship experience).

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Excel.
• Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks or other accounting software preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Work Mode:

  Onsite (Kolkat office, Minto Park).

Compensation:

• ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
